Anything bought from this site, will only be shipped to the buyer after payment has been completed.

All items will be sent out via a service that requires a signature upon delivery. They will also be insured.

If an item is damaged or goes missing in transit, I will claim against the insurance and may require proof from the buyer.

I will be fair-minded in any dispute.

Prints will be shipped within 5 working days of order.

They will be packed in acid-free tissue paper and sent either strong postal tubes or hard board envelopes.

As a rule, I will not refund any purchases unless it is due to any damage in transit — but we can discuss things first.
